Can I substitute a protein meal for a plant based meal or vice versa?
Yes, you can! If you'd like to make a switch, simply send us an email at info@kitchko.com or use our live chat feature up to 5 days before your delivery date. We'll make the swap for you.
How do I know what’s on the menu for the week?
Once you subscribe, you'll receive a weekly email that gives you the rundown of what you can expect on the menu for the upcoming week.
When do I get charged?
Your subscription will be charged every 7 days from the date of subscription. If your card fails, we'll try again in 3 days. If you change your subscription charge frequency, we'll automatically recalculate the next charge date for you.
How can I opt out of the subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your Account Homepage.
How can you ensure the meals are nutritionally balanced?
At Kitchko, we're dedicated to making sure each meal is nutritionally balanced. This includes a good mix of top-quality protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, and healthy fats.
I have a dietary requirement, can you cater for it?
Definitely! If you have any special requests, just let us know 5 days before your delivery date by emailing us at info@kitchko.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How are your meals delivered?
Our meals are delivered hot and never frozen every Monday on a weekly basis. They're packaged in sustainable containers and transported in cooler bags designed to keep your meals at the perfect temperature during transit.
Can I choose a time for my delivery?
We only offer deliveries between 10am and 1pm, but you'll be notified upon arrival of your meal.
Where do you deliver to?
For the lunch program, we currently deliver to the Sydney CBD, Inner West, and Parramatta region. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, send us an email at info@kitchko.com and we'll check it out for you.
